The Little Kangaroo
Guido van Genechten
Translated from the Flemish
For all the little ones who will have to let go of their mothers (and for all the mothers who will have to let go of their little ones).
Mother Kangaroo had a large, heavy problem, but it was also very sweet. It was sitting in her comfortable pouch and did not want to hop out into the big world. How can Mother Kangaroo persuade the Little Kangaroo to leave her pouch and to discover the big, wonderful world on her own?
“This is the sort of book I wish I had read when I was a kid...The gorgeous illustrations are visually stimulating. It’s a wonderful book that opens up a kid’s mind on what life is really all about…The Little Kangaroo is a thoroughly endearing picture book perfect for unassertive kids. 5/5.”
