Sam, Sebbie and Di-Di-Di: Sebbie’s First Day of School (book 3)
Illustrated by Soefara Jafney
Sam, Sebbie and Di-Di-Di are three siblings who love doing things together. It’s Sebbie’s first day of school, and he is not looking forward to it. All he wants to do is stay home and watch TV. But Sam convinces him that it will be fun and when he gets to school, he finds that he does enjoy singing, learning his ABCs, drawing, snacking on cookies and playing with blocks. In fact, the morning passes so quickly that Sebbie is surprised when it’s time to go home.
“Authored by respected Singaporean author David Seow, Sebbie’s First Day of School gives a local take on a well trodden theme. Your younger reader will banish fears once they realise all the cool stuff happens at school like painting, singing, playing and snacking!”
—Georgina Hockley, Honey Kids Asia
