Refunds & Exchanges

We take great care to pack your items carefully. However, in the event that your order is damaged during delivery, we will look into making a one-to-one exchange or if you prefer, a full refund (excluding delivery charges previously paid) upon the return of the damaged item(s).

1. Where do I send the items?

Please return damaged items to 1008 Toa Payoh North #03-08 Singapore 318996, ATTN: Customer Returns.

We can only entertain returns received within 30 days from the date of purchase.

3. How is the refund processed?

Once your return is received, we will process the refund and send you an email acknowledgement. The refund will generally be applied back to your original mode of payment within two weeks.

4. Can I exchange sale items?

Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

5. How do I ship the item back to you? 

You can return damaged item(s) via regular mail or parcel service; where possible, we would advise using a trackable shipping service.
